Kapuas Hulu is the easternmost district of the province
of West Kalimantan. With an area of 29 842 km2 which is 20.33 percent of the
total area of West Kalimantan Province. North is bordered by Sarawak (East
Malaysia), the western border with Sintang, east borders the province of East
Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan, while the southern border with Sintang and
Central Kalimantan. Kapuas Hulu mileage of the capital of West Kalimantan
Province is approximately 657 km by road, 842 km of rivers and streams through
1.5 hours of air flight. Whatever, the uniqueness of Kapuas Hulu has
established itself as a Conservation District since 2003.

Putussibau is a district in Kapuas Hulu, West Kalimantan, Indonesia. Putussibau,
which at the same time as the capital of Kapuas Hulu, transportation can be
reached via the Kapuas River as far as 846 km and by road as far as 814 km from
Pontianak, the capital of West Kalimantan. It is located in the upper Kapuas
